Test 3: Physical Durability

  • Water test: submerge a tag in water for 1 hour, dry, re-scan. Waterproof-rated tags should pass without any change.
  • Bend test: for tags that will flex (wearables, curved surfaces), bend 20 times over a 5mm radius and re-scan.

Test 4: Encoding Consistency
